CONVENTION CENTER ATRIUM

Registration Starts: 3pm | Registration Ends: 7pm

Must be 21+ to participate. All participants receive $15 Rewards Play. Face coverings (masks or shields) will be required while inside our property. Coverings will be allowed to be removed briefly during judging, however should be in place prior to and after.

CATEGORIES: SCARY, FUNNY, UNIQUE

Cash payouts for the top 5 in each category
1ST PLACE: $2,000
2ND PLACE: $1,500
3RD PLACE: $1,000
4TH PLACE: $750
5TH PLACE: $500

Pre-judging for each category will start at approximately 7pm until each costume is judged. A total of 5 finalists from each category will be determined during this period. Judging of the 15 finalists will take place at approximately 9pm at the main SHOCKTOBER stage in the convention center atrium.

Each category will be judged based on: CREATIVITY, ACCURATE-TO-CHARACTER, JUDGES PERCEPTION ABOUT TIME & EFFORT PUT INTO THE COSTUME

An additional 10 bonus points can be earned for a short skit (must be less than 1 minute)
